The Company
TEL Properties LLC was established over ten years ago and incorporated in the State of Minnesota in November 2004. The company invests, develops, and manages properties in the US and abroad. TEL Properties has established close working relationships with the Wilder Foundation, the Saint Paul Housing Agency, and the local Minnesota Chamber of Commerce to help individuals and families throughout St. Paul and has made a significant positive economic impact in the Twin Cities Area.
