The Como Park Condominium Project
Mission Statement
The mission of The Como Park Condominium Project is to enhance the Como Park Neighborhood and revitalize the property at 1098 Lexington Parkway. We aim to do this by creating a unique and regal living environment in one of St Paul’s most premier neighborhoods.
Vision and Business Goals
Our vision is to transform 1098 Lexington Parkway into (four) elegant and desirable 1 to 3 bedroom homes that will be of great value to prospective buyers. We began construction in December 2006 with units available starting early spring of 2007. Our goal for this project is to provide a highly desirable homes in a special neighborhood of St. Paul.
Brief Project Description
Our construction will include three phases:
- Exterior building restoration
- Area landscaping
- Interior remodeling and modernization to Four Units
Company Profile
TEL Properties LLC was established over ten years ago and incorporated in the State of Minnesota in November 2004. The company invests, develops, and manages properties in the US and abroad.
