Mission Statement
The mission of this project is to enhance and revitalize the property at 549 and 551 Laurel Avenue. We aim to do this by creating a unique and regal living environment in one of St Paul’s most premier neighborhoods.
Brief Project Description
Both units, 549 and 551, have been completely remodeled. These 2 level condominiums feature amazing layouts with all new tile, hardwood floors and carpet. Gorgeous kitchens with granite countertops, birch cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Both units feature laundry rooms with new washer and dryer appliances. The outside features a garage for each unit and fenced yard/patio.
Our construction will include three phases:
- Exterior building restoration
- Area landscaping
- Interior remodeling and modernization to two units
